Yes. The fabric is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, suitable for industrial and commercial use where fire safety matters.
3.What is the sea freight delivery time?
Sea freight transit time varies greatly depending on destination port, shipping schedule and customs clearance. Normally sea shipping takes 7-45 working days from China port to most European main ports, excluding local customs clearance and inland delivery.
4.Is it safe for winter storage?
The cover sheds snow and blocks ice/rain; vehicles stay dry. It's not heated -remove snow buildup and it protects year-round.
5.How are the baseplates anchored to the Lego blocks? Do the top blocks need to be flat?
Yes, for the top tier of your block wall, we recommend specifying "Flat-Top" interlocking blocks (blocks without the top raised studs) from your local supplier. Our heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized baseplates seat flush onto the flat concrete surface and anchor securely using heavy-duty M16/M20 chemical resin capsule anchors or mechanical expansion bolts (anchor hardware can be included in our kit). Alternatively, saddle-style clamping brackets can be supplied to straddle blocks with studs.
6.Why is a Peaked Gothic shelter superior to a traditional Round hoop shelter in snow zones?
Round hoop shelters have a relatively flat slope at the top center, which tends to accumulate wet snow, leading to dangerous ice dams and structural stress. Our Peaked Gothic design features a sharp, angled ridge and steep curved sidewalls. Gravity naturally forces heavy snow and ice to shed immediately down both sides before it can build up, delivering substantially higher safety margins for severe Canadian and northern US winters.
7.How does the "Overhead Storage on Crossties" system work?
In our wide-span shelters (30ft and 40ft models), heavy structural steel tubular crossties tie the arch chords together at approximately 3.0m to 3.5m above ground. By adding standard steel grating or heavy plywood decking across these crossties, you create an integrated overhead mezzanine shelf. This overhead deck safely supports up to 1,500–2,000 kg of distributed load—ideal for storing spare vehicle tires, irrigation pipes, hoses, and crated tools—freeing up 100% of your ground floor for heavy vehicle parking.
