Description
This 14-metre clear-span fabric aircraft hangar is purpose-built for light aircraft and helicopters. With no internal columns, wings and rotors move freely across the full 14-metre span, while an 11-metre full-open sliding door delivers near full-width access — whole aircraft in and out, with no manoeuvring gymnastics. The frame is double-truss hot-dip galvanized steel: twin chords and web members keep a large span rock-solid, rated to roughly 104–112 km/h wind and 64 kg/m² snow. The fire-retardant, UV-resistant PVC cover balances safety with weather durability, and a 4.95-metre apex clears tail fins and boarding height. Lengths of 9.15 / 11 / 12.8 / 14.6 m suit different airframes. Fully bolted and weld-free, it goes up in days at a fraction of the cost of a steel-and-concrete hangar — and dismantles to move with your airfield.

FAQ
1.What kind of engineering support do you provide?
With over 10 years of industry expertise, our engineering team offers end-to-end support from concept to design. We deliver customized solutions that improve performance, reduce maintenance, and maximize long-term operational value.
2.What aircraft does it fit?
Single-engine light aircraft, light twins and microlights; provide wingspan, fuselage length and tail height for verification.
3.What is the sea freight delivery time?
Sea freight transit time varies greatly depending on destination port, shipping schedule and customs clearance. Normally sea shipping takes 7-45 working days from China port to most European main ports, excluding local customs clearance and inland delivery.
4.Is it safe for winter storage?
The cover sheds snow and blocks ice/rain; vehicles stay dry. It's not heated -remove snow buildup and it protects year-round.
5.How long to install? Does it need welding?
Fully bolted, weld-free; step-by-step manual and video included; DIY or professional install - typically a few days by size.
6.Will condensation corrode the aircraft?
Optional ventilation/anti-condensation solutions reduce condensation; airflow and good drainage protect metal airframes.
7.Does it need a foundation? How is it anchored?
Ground anchors included (soil/concrete); concrete or strip footings recommended for high-wind sites.
8.Are structural calculations and stamped drawings available?
Yes - engineer-stamped calculations and drawings for permits, insurance and compliance (typically at extra cost).
