Packaging & Shipping

The complete 40'×60' shelter ships knocked-down and modular, packed in a custom heavy-duty steel crate measuring 118' L × 30' W × 18' H, total weight 4,752 lbs (2,155 kg). All frame tubes are individually foam-wrapped and strapped in layers; the PVC cover is sealed in its own waterproof bag. The result: no scratched pipes, no torn fabric, no bent arches — whether crossing oceans on a container ship or bouncing down a highway on a flatbed. The crate is stackable, rated for multi-level container loading. On the receiving end, you'll need a flatbed truck for transport and a forklift for offloading — open the crate, pull out the labeled parts, and start assembling per the manual.
