1.What kind of engineering support do you provide?

2.Is it fire retardant?
Yes. The fabric is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, suitable for industrial and commercial use where fire safety matters.
3.What is the sea freight delivery time?
Sea freight transit time varies greatly depending on destination port, shipping schedule and customs clearance. Normally sea shipping takes 7-45 working days from China port to most European main ports, excluding local customs clearance and inland delivery.
4.Is it safe for winter storage?
The cover sheds snow and blocks ice/rain; vehicles stay dry. It's not heated -remove snow buildup and it protects year-round.
5.Do you supply the actual 1600x800x800mm concrete blocks, or just the canopy roof kit?
We supply the complete engineered steel canopy, 610/750gsm PVC cover, and heavy-duty concrete mounting baseplates. Because individual concrete blocks weigh 2.4 tonnes each, shipping solid concrete overseas incurs massive, uneconomical ocean freight. Almost all international clients purchase the precast blocks locally (from firms like Elite Precast, PPC, or local batching plants for ~£185/block).
6.How are the baseplates anchored to the Lego blocks? Do the top blocks need to be flat?
Yes, for the top tier of your block wall, we recommend specifying "Flat-Top" interlocking blocks (blocks without the top raised studs) from your local supplier. Our heavy-gauge hot-dip galvanized baseplates seat flush onto the flat concrete surface and anchor securely using heavy-duty M16/M20 chemical resin capsule anchors or mechanical expansion bolts (anchor hardware can be included in our kit). Alternatively, saddle-style clamping brackets can be supplied to straddle blocks with studs.
7.Do I need mortar, cement, or specialized tools to assemble a block wall?
Zero mortar and zero adhesives required. The blocks utilize a dry-stacked interlocking system. The precision studs on top seat directly into the recesses on the underside of the tier above, locking rigidly through sheer gravity and geometric alignment. Assembly only requires a standard forklift, telehandler, or excavator equipped with a commercial lifting clutch/chain (using the block's cast-in lifting pins). A small crew can stack an entire material bunker in less than half a day.
