A concrete-block arch shelter spanning across two block walls — the blocks serve as retaining wall, ballast and foundation at once, while a galvanized steel arch carries the PVC cover to create a weatherproof, clear-span storage bay for loaders. No concrete foundation needed; fully bolted, installed in 1–2 days, and relocatable. Widely used for silage, compost, aggregates, de-icing salt and recycling materials.

5.What wind speed can it withstand? Do the blocks act as ballast?
Standard config withstands 100-150 km/h. The concrete block walls double as ballast and retaining walls - no sandbags needed. Chemical anchors or extra block courses available for high-wind zones.
6.What steel specification do you use?
Hot-dip galvanized Q235/Q355 tubes (60X2.0mm arch, 40X1.8mm purlin), zinc coating ≥60μm - 15+ years outdoor life.
7.What are the clear span and height?
Clear span equals the spacing between block walls - 6-12m standard; center peak 4-8m - wheel loaders and trucks pass freely.
8.Do you ship the concrete blocks?
No. We ship only the steel frame + PVC cover + mounting baseplates; blocks are sourced locally. We provide free CAD block-layout drawings.
