Description
Fully Automatic Locking & Unlocking:No Operating Rods Required Locks automatically as the upper container lands, unlocks automatically as it is lifted off. No need workers climbing container top, greatly cut down high altitude operation risk.
High Breaking Load: ≥500 kN Tension / ≥420 kN Shear. One-piece high-tensile cast steel housing delivers a minimum pull-out force of 500 kN.
Multi-Classification Society Approved:Approved by ABS, BV, DNV, GL and LR. Fully compatible with ISO 1161 standard corner castings on all ISO-certified containers. Approval documents supplied with every shipment.
Hot dip Galvanized Anti corrosion Treatment:Hot dip galvanized surface, excellent salt spray & seawater corrosion resistance, fit long term marine & outdoor yard harsh working environment.
Yellow Upper Cone Visual Indicator：The yellow-painted upper cone complies with ISO visual-marking convention. At a glance, operators at the spreader level can confirm all four corners are correctly fitted before lifting -preventing dangerous mis-loads.
